This elegant maple wood bowl makes the perfect addition to any kitchen or dining room. This bowl is 5" in diameter and 1 5/8" tall. It is 1 1/8" deep at its deepest point.
The maple bowl is finished with a layer of pure Tung oil, which is food safe, and several coats of Waterlox 100% food safe high gloss finish over that. These finishes will insure added durability unlike most bowls that are merely finished with a coat of wax.
The wood for this bowl was taken from a tree downed in 2010 by a wind storm in Western Massachusetts. It is signed and numbered, #124.
