This pen is made from a maple burl found in the Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts. The wood grain shows a spectacular array of color, from reds to tans. It is everything you would expect from a burl. The pen itself sports all polished gold mechanics. This pen was made with a comfort grip at the writing end of the piece. The grip not only provides additional comfort but also adds to pen control.
The pen comes with a black ink cartridge and takes standard cross refills. It also comes with of one PenPac (TM). A PenPac is a small handmade pouch to protect the pen. Patterns vary.
